2. Did you forget Oregon?
WV will go to Hillary, if she is still running, Obama will take more delegates on the 20th, with KY and OR.

3. yes, those two small states will support Hillary
they have the requisite number of old white people, and that's the demo she owns

it won't matter, but she will win them

and no superdelegate will care

4. They will, but it won't help her after NC and Indiana
if the margin was larger in Indy, it might help with the supers, but the way it looks now, KY and WV won't make much of a difference. Obama still has Oregon and he is polling very well there.

6. WV and KY Dems will go for Hillary

Those are two of the biggest Dixiecrat states ever. I'm realistic about the demographics and voter attitudes in those states. Luckily nobody will expect him to win there anyhow.

12. Democrats count the votes in MI? Which ones - the Robert Mugabe Democrats?
Yeah she's electable as hell, so long as no one else is on the ballot.

Cheaters get what they earn - nothing. You'll get over it.

21. Sure
She'll win both (true) but she won't win huge margins or delegate amount. The large amounts just aren't there.

So, nothing will change. The rest of the contest will be divide evenly, and even if Clinton picks up a few delegates, she's too far behind.

What a bummer.

18. I think, given that Oregon is already voting,
counts on the same day as Kentucky, and is the largest remaining state, it should be in your list.

20. She'll win but it'll be a blip on the radar
Its not a demographic test, and any inroads Obama makes against her lead will do him a great service in recruiting SDs. His win in Oregon will erase whatever she does in these two states.

Edited on Tue May-06-08 10:20 PM by rocknation
for victories that actually matter.

If Obama gets even 30% of the vote in KY/WV, she'll fall even farther behind. But don't be surprised if he gets more than 40%--I don't think that even a bunch of sixtysomething Dixiecrats want to associate with--well, a loser.
