John King (CNN): Obama can win IN if he gets 57% of Lake County
John King says that using CNN's model for voter turnout, he estimates that Obama might take Indiana after all if he gets 57% of the vote from Lake County, the county closest to the Chicago area. Lake County is counting a lot of absentee ballot votes and will release the results after 11pm EST but possibly as late as midnight EST or so.

15. Hillary surrogate spinning out of control
On the CNN live feed. He's telling the crowd over and over again, "Hillary Clinton will win Indiana." Claiming everything from being down huge in early polling by double digits, being outspent by Obama, etc. This is pathetic.

On the CNN live feed. They've already told the crowd that Hillary will win Indiana.

19. I liked it when King said "Can he do it? Yes he can!" after mentioning the 57%
I don't know whether that was intentional or not, but it was pretty funny. Gobama!

24. He is still going to pick up 12,000 or so votes in the central part of the state
about 3 to 4 thousand in each county that is still counting. He will then need to make up 30,000 in Lake County. He may win by about 5 thousand votes.

29. from where?
Where are these votes going to come from? I figure he'll pick up around 3,000 votes in Monroe county, but that'll be offset by a few of the Clinton counties like Hendricks. I'm trying to get a good estimate of how many he'll need to pick up in Lake County. Looks around 38,000. I hope he can pull it out.

31. Maybe plus another 2500 from Monroe County... I don't see much else
And there are some Clinton votes out still in LaPorte and a couple others

Still, if Lake comes in with a Marion-type %, it's doable
