I'm happy & relieved, and scared, too
I'm so happy about Obama's successes tonight - close in Indiana is as good as a win. PA was such a disappointment I both dreaded and couldn't wait to see what would happen today.

Am especially happy for Bill Richardson who was so badly treated, and Sen. Bob Casey (PA) who worked so hard for Obama. Vindication for them in these victories.

Am scared for Obama. If the HRC dems have been so vicious in attacking him, how much more those in another party, or loose cannons.

And that stupid Harold Ford is on TV now - hoping to get Hillary on the ticket. No, no, no. She hangs around with the wrong people and votes the wrong way, and then turns around and gives speeches opposing everything she voted for.

Somebody has already pointed out that geographically HRC is no advantage to the ticket - should be somebody from VA or Colorado. (Webb? and who?)

Good night.

4. Webb is way too independent
He does what he wants. He does tend to be more to the right on security, but he's not DLC. He doesn't care enough about party politics to be loyal to some sideshow like the DLC.

5. Thanks sandnsea!
I thought I was correct on this, because I don't believe Sen. Kerry would have supported him as much as he did, if Webb had been DLC. How goes it with you this fine day??? I'm HAPPY!!!:bounce: DC

7. Nothing to fear but smear itself. After this it will be a cake walk in comparison Obama can unleash

now that it is not a fellow Democrat. I fully expect to see a new Obama up against McCain. Race or no race it wouldn't of look good if he had gone too negative on a female although she did try to drag him in. 10 out of 10 for effort.
