We're talking about the popular vote. There's no such thing as winning 55% of a county, unless you're extrapolating turnout from the results in other counties, or using some other metric to attempt to predict turnout.

He's catching up with Hillary. I figured if he closes in on her, it will say a lot about any ideas the "the tide has turned" in HRC's favor. She was supposed to win big in Indiana and, so far, her wide lead is shrinking.
