3. You can't give a victory speech
If you don't know if you've won.

Same reason Bush never spoke on Election night.

4. Maybe she's trying to determine whether to say the victory speech or the crash & burn speech?
Looking like a pretty solid crash & burn for her tonight.

Because she might have to drop out- I mean, win or lose.

Right now, as things are, she might have to drop out.

And she certainly can't give a victory speech for Indy yet.

6. She has to wait for Indiana to be called for her?
She can't risk a Dewey defeats Truman event.

8. She doesn't have Indiana yet.
She wants to wait for the win, if she gets it. The "if" part seems to be getting more serious.

9. Because Indiana has not been officially called yet.
Until it is, if she were to make a speech, she'd look arrogant.

12. Well, Obama has already conceeded Indiana so I don't know why Hillary WOULDN'T speak.

She's probably looking at the numbers and trying to decide if she can call it quits. After North Carolina, though, it could be that she's still too doped up from the sedatives slipped to her by Terry Mcauliffe to get onto a stage under her own power and give a speech.

15. Because she still doesn't know if she is going to win or lose in Indiana.
I have no hope of her dropping out in either case.
