I've basically conceded this thing to Obama.

Can't help but be disappointed that the politics of details and policy expertise lost out to the old politics of catch phrases and call and response.

I'll vote for him, but I'm not very hopeful about his chances against McCain and if we are lucky enough his chances of performing well in the white house.

2. Sorry, I know how horrible it feels when your candidate gets defeated, but
policy expertise? Like voting for the IWR and threatening to obliterate Iran?

6. I prefer an ability to speak effortlessly using complex analysis of the issues
to struggled stammers and return to vague talking points.

11. it is a bit perplexing, indeed
especially since the OP has "elitist" in their username. No catchphrases like elitist, latte, etc. were used by Clinton supporters?

Anyway, it is good to see some more Clinton supporters seeing the light that she will not be able to secure the nod.

21. Had the elitist name since the 2004 election bc it was what the repukes called us.
I didn't condone the elitist thing on Obama.

13. If Obama is the nominee...
Hopefully, he will gain your respect and confidence. And if he needs to learn from others, I hope he's humble enough to do so quickly.

And I know feeling disappointed can feel lousy so I'm sorry about that.

14. I know how you feel --
I was devastated when my candidate dropped out, and that was in a blink of an eye after this whole thing started. I can only imagine how you feel after investing so much time and energy and emotion into hoping for a positive outcome for your candidate.

20. Winning the GE is most important
there's no need to concede to a losing candidate, no matter how many quisling Dem leaders want him to help them raise money.

Its a mirage. 16% of the Dem voting base can't carry the GE.
