2. I think they were one of the counties that was open late.
A judge rules that a few counties had to stay open an extra hour due to equipment issues.

12. I think the big cities always come in late....
at least that's how it is in WI. Every election it's down to the wire and I'm thinking the pukes have finally turned my blessed state red, and then, hallelujah Dane county comes in and saves the day...
