23. She will win it though.
I'd guess by 6 to 8 percent or so once Obama's areas come in. Maybe less if Obama really tore up some of those more population dense outstanding precincts. Which is going to do her absolutely no good whatsoever when it's being held up against what Obama is going to come out of NC with.

Expect the supers to start flowing more strongly into the Obama camp tomorrow. And the media narrative that has been propping up that "Hillary can still get the nomination... somehow!" nonsense is going to get seriously muted.

52. No question that she's leading at the moment
But there's a Hell of a lot of counties that haven't even reported yet....

http://www.in.gov/apps/sos/primary/sos_primary08?page=district&countyID=-1&partyID=1&officeID=36&districtID=937&districtshortviewID=937&candidate=

Seems to be only 5 counties at 100% and a lot of Zeros.

She'll probably win the state :( But I'd say the celebrations are a bit early.

18. This win / lose language is inaccurate. It plays to the MSM horse race mentality.
Certainly, she will win delegates, and so will he. And perhaps Clinton will have a net gain in Indiana, and Obama willl have a net gain in North Carolina. Black and white thinking is for Republicans and dullards.

But here's my question. According to the AP, "Indiana had 72 delegates at stake....North Carolina had 115 delegates at stake..."

From http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/primary_rdp

So if Indiana has 72 delegates in play and NC had 115 delegates, since Obama has now won NC, how on earth is it possible for Clinton to win the nomination now?

104. Try this on for size.
A mainly rural and conservative Midwestern state, Indiana has not voted Democratic in a Presidential election since 1964.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election_in_Indiana,_2004

Indiana is a solidly red state. On the other hand, with near unanimous support from African American voters and with so many new voters registered by the Obama campaign, Obama has a good shot at taking NC in the general election.

And BTW, why did you only ask me how I know this? The poster that I responded to said just the opposite of what I said without any substantiation, yet you didn't question them. You only questioned me. That's one more example of blatant bias.

110. By what 3 percent, or less?

Obama strongholds are not in yet at 72% and Hill's lead is down to 4%.

AT BEST Indiana will be a tie for hillary. She won't get the delegates nor more popular votes she needs to show her powerful joe-mentum.

Meanwhile Obama has NC by double digits.... remember how important double digits were last week?
