Candidate A wins overwhelmingly with college educated voters
Edited on Tue May-06-08 07:02 PM by me b zola
Candidate B wins overwhelmingly among people with no college education.

Who is more likely of the two candidates if they take the presidency to improve education?

The result of this IQ test will be mailed to you. ;)

17. No, I think we need to build an ad campaign around the notion
that people who don't have degrees are shit. Since that category takes in almost 3/4 of the American electorate, it's a sure loser, but then we can all sit around after losing 40 states or so and console ourselves on how we are just so smart the great unwashed can't appreciate us.

20. Well, all this yammering about "Low Information Voters"
and posts like the one at the top of this thread certainly validate the old cliché about stuck up liberals, one that the Republicans have been riding into the White House since the days of Nixon.

There are many positive things to say about either of the candidates, so why hammer away at all this business about how people who do not vote a particular way are stupid? It's worse than pointless--it's damaging.

24. Who said anything about discounting those w/o a college degree?
Edited on Tue May-06-08 07:49 PM by me b zola
It is about supporting & funding education and critical thinking. It is about recognizing the importance of the principles that All Gore spoke about in The Assault On Reason. A high school graduate who has received a good education, learned critical thinking skills is able to understand the issues as a college graduate is.

23. candidate A
Then why is it that supporters of candidate A have such trouble with little things like spelling, grammar and punctuation? Is it that their huge brains work so fast that their little fingers can't quite keep up on the keyboard?
