Hillary Embraced Black Panthers as Associate Editor alternative Yale Law Review
Edited on Sat May-03-08 12:57 PM by keep_it_real
<snip>

became associate editor of an alternative law review at Yale which ran stories and pictures depicting policemen as pigs and murderers.

{I}n the Panther trial in New Haven--during which she directed Yale law students monitoring the proceedings for evidence of government misconduct in its prosecution of the Panthers accused of murder.

"It meant going in and out of the Black Panther headquarters to obtain documentation and other information," a classmate told Donnie Radcliff of the Washington Post,

--quoted in Hillary Rodham Clinton: A First Lady For Our Time.

"Hillary's job was to organize shifts for her classmates and make certain no proceeding went unmonitored... civil rights abuses..."

This would make a great TV ad because the MSM won't blow this story up with the pundits talking about it on every show.

1. You can bet rove has it all written down someplace ready to dump
on the corporate media as soon as she gets nominated. I don't think she'll be so buddy buddy with O'Reilly, Scafe, or Murdoch by the time the campaign is over.

And her new found buds in rural and working class America will dump her like a hot potato as soon as it gets publicized.

She'll melt into a pile of goo in a puke yellow pantsuit by the time of the election.

If it weren't for the fact that it would mean a McCain presidency I'd almost welcome her gettin the nomination. Just to watch her get destroyed.

8. Hopefully they just won't get their chance.
Thanks to Hillary resorting to the Republican playbook, we've already seen what the Repubs have in store for Obama; she's just helping people get tired of it that much faster. If the R's want to keep pushing it against Obama, they could be in for some serious backlash because the Clinton campaign has played it out for them.

I don't see why so many people are in denial. Everything Obama is too good to use against Hillary would be deployed on her in a heartbeat, ad nauseum, in the GE.

7. In the early 90s, stories were floated about Bill C having Communist ties

during his student time in England. Better work that one in somewhere.

12. I was just reading about Wright's Muslim days and Barack's attraction to him and Saul Alinsky:
" wrote her senior thesis on the radical Chicago community-organizer Saul Alinsky (whose best-known philosophical mantra was, 'Whatever works to get power to the people, use it.'"
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/carl-bernstein/the-shame-of-hillary-clin_b_99912.html

"In Dreams, Obama spent some 150 pages on his four years in Chicago working as an organizer, but there's little discussion of the theory that undergirded his work and informed that of his teachers. Alinsky is the missing layer of his account...

Alinsky had been dead for more than a decade when Obama arrived in Chicago, but his legacy was still very much alive. Kruglik, Kellman, and Galluzzo had all studied his teachings through the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), the organizing school Alinsky founded. By the '80s, not even the IAF strictly adhered to every principle that Alinsky taught. But at least one of Obama's teachers considered himself a true believer..."
