I don’t want to appear to be beating on a dead horse but why is the Gas Tax Holiday issue, proposed by Clinton and McCain, not being defined in the MSM? It is flagrant pandering to, as someone so politically correct defined them, the “intellectually lazy.”
When will they ever learn, when will they ever learn?

It was discussed in the Huffington Post and many were surprised that most respondents remained on topic. A rarity.

6. Remember the voters who buy into this crap are the same voters that

said putting oil people into power would give america cheaper gas. Btw, arguement tonight at the dinner table with the in laws and step bro of the SO went something like this. Pops in law, gas prices keep going up like this and people are going to revolt and take the gas tankers. Me, yeah right, meaning that gas prices will go even higher for every tanker stolen. Step bro in law, Well if the damn dems and EPA would allow big oil to drill in Alaska we wouldn't be in this mess. Me, excuse me, but number one, if drilling started today it would be 10 years before one drop of that oil would reach the market, number 2 if said drilling was to start outside of what goes into the startegic reserve, not one drop of that oil would be used in america, it would be exported over sea's at market prices, instead of the US government prices oil companies pay to drill on public lands. Needless to say, I'm once again a "know it all" who doesn't have a clue about how business works in america. Damn it I need to get away from high school drop outs.
