Poll question: What will happen on May 6th?
Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 10:04 PM by Katzenkavalier
I don't even know what will happen next week anymore- he's been taking some serious hits lately and Clinton is gaining strength. What the heck will happen?

2. Very hard to know right now. For one thing, will Pastor Wright respond before that date?
If Wright roars back, particularly if he takes Obama to task on his pod-people defense ("the man I saw yesterday was not the man I've known...") then it's over for the O-man.

We need a Wrightwatch thread!

6. Is that ALL you've got to hang your hat on?
Obama wins NC, not sure about IN, but it really doesn't matter.

It's the math.

9. Their hoping..... They can no longer defend their own candidate....

All they got is hoping the other guy fails.

Pathetic and sad. They don't even believe in Hillary anymore...so they want Obama brought down to her level.

14. Whatever the media wants is what will happen.
I only slightly jest.

Obama loses IN, wins NC but by only 9% so Clinton calls it a victory. We're stuck with her for two more weeks, then Obama gets over half the Pledged Delegates on May 20 and then on May 21 the remaining Supers begin to finally endorse Obama in droves. Hillary may stay in, but will become less and less relevant and more of a joke the longer she does - so she'll probably suspend just before she loses her lead in Superdelegate endorsements.

15. Obama will lose Indiana and continue to limp on to win the nomination and either lose the GE
or get his ass handed to him within months of being sworn in.

He doesn't have the necessary fighter instincts.

Obama is a better man than I originally thought but my concern about his being milquetoast is being born out.
