SHE'S BROKE!
I'm sorry, Clinton supporters, but even if Hillary had won PA by double digits (which she didn't--she barely missed the double digits), SHE'S BROKE. She cannot compete in the general election against a Republican base which will be invigorated to donate just because of the Clinton name.

She lost. It is time to unite and stand behind a candidate who can win against McCain.

9. Stop dreaming
Barack Obama's campaign has bunches of money. Money that he took and whittled Clinton's 20-point lead in Pennsylvania down to 8.6.

In case you wake up, maybe you'll realize that our nominee is chosen by delegates and that MI & FL are never going to get their chance to game the system.

money is pouring into her campaign and will continue through the upcoming primaries. She had a sigificant win in PA even being outspent 3-1. She's the one that can beat McCain. No question about that and the proof is in the fact Obama cannot win the big swing states.

She won and she won BIG. She will continue on this course all the way to the White House. You can believe her when she says that. She will make it happen.

"her losing campaign"????? Sorry, Hillary is winning. I'd say all that money threw at PA was a waste on Obama's part. He outspent her 3-1 and couldn't seal the deal. Hillary won pratically the entire state. She thumped him. I don't call that losing.

Her campaign is on a winning path to the White House. She's strong, tough and determined. It's going to happen!! Her supporters are just as dedicated as Barack's are. We will stand by her all the way.

30. For crying out loud.
SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO WIN HER OWN DAMN STATE.

Boasting about her winning Pennsylvania is no different than Celebrating a monumental win for learning how to breathe.

She was ahead at one point by 33 points and within 4-6 weeks her oponent who GOT HAMMERED with complete and utter bullshit still beat her ass down to 8%.

He out spent her 2-1 BECAUSE HE CAN. Last time I checked getting contributions and spending them to get out your message was called running a campaign. Hillary who is now 10 million in the hole spent like hell to just keep her head above water.

So how (PLEASE GOD USE COMMON SENSE) is this anything but a CLEAR SIGN that it's time for her to bow out.

you don't even know how much further in debt she had to go just to keep up in PA.

She's the one McCain would prefer to face. What does that tell you?

Your argument about Big States is trash. Primary contests do not determine who will win states in a General Election.
Do you really expect Hillary to win Texas in the Fall?
Plus two of her Big States (FL and MI) don't even count.

Hillary Clinton will not be the nominee, and she will never be President.

Would you like to place a wager on this? a $50 donation to DU, perhaps?

I have yet to find a Hillarite with enough faith in her to gamble their own money.
Will you step up to the challenge?

She's done, but some of her supporters keep chanting that Obama is unelectable. Yeah, the guy getting MILLIONS regularly from grass roots supporters is unelectable.

The man who draws the kind of crowds he did in Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota IS electable.

Hillary's years of disregarding the heartland made her the arrogant candidate with no credibility that she gave a shit about 'little people'. That lie, yes, LIE, about sniper fire when the reality was a little girl with a poem sealed the deal. She is NOT electable.

23. Shh... You'll Wake The MSM...
We know she's broke. But according to the MSM, Hillary is going to take her win in Pennsylvania and somehow parlay it into a fundraising bonanza.

Of course, this ignores the following:

-- Her 10-point win only nets her about 12-15 delegates. (BTW, what happened to the narrative that she needed to win by 20 just to net 9 delegates? Just askin'.)

-- Most of her big donors have already maxed out. The little ones tend to like the other candidate better.

-- She'll likely lose the net delegates and raw votes she picked up last night in North Carolina alone. She'll certainly lose them if she also loses Indiana.

-- Even while she won in the Keystone State, her opponent continues to cut into her superdelegate lead.

But don't expect the MSM to talk about that much. It's too hard on the horserace narrative they've been pushing since 2007... :eyes:

...She doesn't have a lot of money, so the ads she runs will be total pig-slop.

Obama supporters need to be prepared.

But we can draw strength from each other. Our movement is forward-thinking, ready to turn America around by getting rid of the very politics and policies that have destroyed our country in the Bush/Rove administration.

63. Yes...it proves that you can't persuade EVERYONE
...who are voting for Clinton out of female solidarity or "Poor Hillary" sympathy, or racists who are voting against Obama, or Rush Repubs who just want to throw it to Clinton to pit her against McCain for their easy win.

Simple question: Obama could spend $10,000,000 running ads in a KKK stronghold. Do you think he'd change minds?

It's pretty basic logic. When you have a large enough population that's entrenched in multiple anti-Obama sentiments, he's not going to convince EVERYONE.

But he did OBLITERATE her +20% lead, and that's something that the SD's will notice.
