Here's a very weird poll I cannot figure out..help please
This is from CNN's exit polling.. what the hell is this thing saying.. there was no explanation..

Does it mean that 30% of Hillary's & 70% of Obama's people would vote for McCain?

4. Get real zlt234.
You know most of those polls show that it's the Clinton supporters who are more likely to abandon the party.

5. Let me take a wild stab
Asking Democrats, if the election in November is Clinton - McCain, 81% would vote for Clinton, 10% McCain, 7% wouldn't vote. Of the 81% who would vote for Clinton 62% are Clinton supporters, 38% Obama. Of the 10% of Democats who would vote for McCain, 30% are Clinton supporters and 70% are Obama supporters. Of those who just wouldn't vote, 5% were Clinton suporters and 95% were Obama.

Now I know that doesn't make a bit of sense, but that's what it should mean. And there should be another question that asks the same thing about Obama, but I didn't see it.

7. So that means that 3% of the voters voted for Hillary but would vote for McCain if she was the nom
I think they wanted to see the effect of Limbaugh's operation, and it looks like 3% of total voters are crossovers that have no will to vote for her in the GE.

At least that was the understanding I got out of it.

8. Is that how the math works out?
I didn't do the math. Besides, I think it's weird that a McCain voter would try to screw with the election and then admit that's what they're doing.

9. They posed it in a way so that you can't really tell but that's the info they wanted
2 questions
who did you vote for?

If it was Clinton vs. McCain in the GE, who would you vote for?

----------------------------------------------------------------

Now, 10% of the people who voted democratic answered the second question such that they would vote for McCain in the general election if it were Clinton vs. McCain.

Of that 10% of the total voters, 30% of them answered Clinton on the first question.

10% * 30% = 0.10 * 0.30 = 0.03 = 3% of the democratic primary voters (about 65,000).

Most dem voters would just see it as a normal question, but really it was an attempt to see what kind of effect Limbaugh had.

Rethugs do not like McSame, the Fundi nuts dint care for him either and a alto are either not going to vote at all or they are jumping in with HRC.

The fundi nuts have very unenthusiastic attitude right now, all their prized candidate like Romney and that other theocrat are long gone.

Yeah, not really relavent...my bad.
