Guaran-damn-teed.

She cannot continue to sustain her campaign. I bet she's already HEAVILY into debt by another 15 million on top of what she already owes and does not have the funds in place.

That will be Clinton's undoing, and will have to drop by April 24th if she cannot win PA by the baseline number of 18%.

Fundraising would have to be tighter than a nun's asshole from this point on - if EVERYONE knows that Clinton can't even manage the money properly.

Apologies to nuns (or ex-nuns) who read this OP.

13. I don't think a candidate in debt is endearing to the SD's. It doesn't show strength
or a responsible campaign.

she is even more in debt....and therefore feels the pain of the American people.

4. That's why the waited until the last minute to submit. They're trying to minimize the damage.
Monday is going to be a news feast on this, I suspect.

17. Yep. They waited until the papers went to press...
Unfortunately, that just means that this will be the front-page headline on election day.

This really looks bad.

6. Well, that depends
The MSM is rooting for Clinton in order to

A) Keep the race going for ratings

and

B) Because they really want to give McCain another 3 months running uncontested to help him overcome the disadvantage any Republican that supports Bush will have in the GE

In a just world, with a truly unbiased MSM, you would be right as it IS news.

But dont expect them to do much reporting of Clinton's finances, as that defeats both points above.

18. I hope you're right, but I no longer trust the media to tell the truth
Too often they prefer to keep Clinton (and McCain) failures out of the public eye, especially a day before Hillary's last hope in staying in the race.

23. ONE HUNDRED AND NINE MILLION DOLLARS
but apparently she's not willing to risk more than 5M of her own money.. that says a lot.. Even Mittens was willing to (and did) spend more that that of his own money..

She's perfectly willing to spend other people's money, and profligately at that,...but she's keeping her own money oout of it.. notice she LOANED the campaign her own money...Her minions will be donating to pay her back :)

26. According to the reports she has plenty of cash
on hand 31 million and only 10 million of debts. So I don't think she'll drop out because of financial reasons. Or is most of the cash on hand reserved for the GE?
