Interesting: He mentions Bush's great skill at keeping his right-wing base energized and motivated to vote in big numbers.

Says we need to do the same on our side.

3. He mentions Ralph Reed, Gingrich, and Bush that way a lot.

He says he is using their tactics at building the grassroots, starting at local levels. They really truly did take over that way. Our whole community here is GOP, even our Democrats all became Republicans to get elected.

He is right, their tactics worked.
