How would you turn the Bitter issue into a Sweet?
Edited on Mon Apr-14-08 12:12 AM by aaroh
I have 2 ideas that can help turn this issue from a negative into a positive.

1. During the Pennsylvania debate Obama should walk in front of the audience and simply ask them to stand up if they feel bitter towards the government on Iraq, economy, healthcare etc. He'll end up with a standing ovation.

2. Create a video montage of hundreds of people expressing their bitterness starting with " i'm bitter for..."

How would you turn the Bitter issue into a Positive?

9. In what rational world would that ever hold true?
Hillary should ignore calls to quit, as well. They should each keep their own counsel and not listen to petty, spiteful mouthings.

Sorry, I have just been doing some reading about Henry V and Kenneth Branagh. Of course, neither should quit. They are honing their skills, or they very well should be. It's like fencing practice. And, as such, mortal wounds are to be avoided...if you get my point.

3. He's already doing that. Clinton is going to be on the defensive, yet again.

8. The best thing is to use to deflate the "empty suit" thing.
In the past he has been criticized as too rosy, and ideologue and speech-maker, but not a realist. He needs to use the bitter thing to emphasize that he really sees the pain, the problems...And therefore his feet are on the ground and his hope isn't empty rhetoric. He's doing a decent job, though.
