"We are tired of having Republicans or frankly our own Democrats give any ammunition to Republicans"
I Shit you not, that is what Hillary said referring to Obama's words. She went on to say that it is because Republicans go on to take advantage of the situation...Is she fucking kidding me?

How bout when she said Obama's life experience is a speech and her and McCain have the experience. Or how bout when she said that her and McCain have passed the CIC threshold, but Obama...well you'd have to ask him. Is this woman kidding me? She's got no fucking right to talk about giving ammunition to the Republicans.

This is part of her phony press conference from today. The comment is around 3:50.

1. She's so desperate she's gone bat shit crazy
Its not a pretty sight watching a formerly well respected public figure being consumed by unattainable ambition.

2. Hillary has lost her voice. She has lost almost all credibility.
In her desperation to take advantage of any situation, people are sensing - she's desperate.

The only time she got it right was when she didn't comment publicly on the Wright flap. She stayed quiet and her numbers rose while Obama's dropped. But once the numbers started to change, Hillary panicked. So she just into the fray - trying to keep the issue alive.

Even if she has a good point to make now, she's turned off so many people, her charges have less effect.

She may bring Obama down some but she's now almost guaranteed to bring herself down more.

5. Perhaps she could lead by example as well
although that may require her to have the foresight, to prepare for the case that she's not the nominee, and the effect HER comments may have on Democrats. Starting from her "It will be me", and her actions in the campaign since, she's shaken my confidence in her ability to do so.

It's a very common tactic of his to accuse the other person of exactly what you're doing as a cover-up.

16. Doesn't it seem like this was planned? Was Fowler a plant? Who paid her to write that crap!
Edited on Sun Apr-13-08 06:30 PM by 1776Forever
Here is a post I made earlier on this:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=5486336&mesg_id=5486889

Personally I think this Obama 'bitter" comment fiasco was all planned out. I think the Fowler person who blogged about this incident was following him and taping him so any little thing he said that they could latch onto could be used against him. After all think about it - The writer of the "bitter" comment was suppose to be an Obama supporter. If anyone was a supporter of any candidate why would they tape and remark about a private fund raiser and then try to make it such a big issue when everyone that is a true supporter knows that Obama is dedicated to the little guy and was explaining wedge issues that can come into their thinking when it comes to the government. I know people who haven't voted in years because of this and they are hard to reach! So I hope that KO will take a good look at Ms. Fowler and find out what was up with this since she wrote some very demeaning things before about Obama per her Huffington Post bio and then tried to say she was for him!!!!

:argh:

17. That proves she's DLC. You know, the Republican Wing of the Democratic Party.
Basically, they win by being more republican than the republicans.

21. I was in disbelief as I heard her say that...
I am usually so cynical that nothing shocks me, but when she said that, I was literally in disbelief. I guess she doesn't compute the words as she's saying them, or hoping that we won't. You would think that someone in her campaign would've whispered in her ear that people are paying attention this time... *sigh*

If this is the case, Hillary...then why are you doing McGramps' work for him?
