to decide what they need to do about FL and MI. If Obama win PA and NC, FL and MI are irrelevant. If Hillary wins both states, then something has to be done. It is not going away. Hillary has said as much. Forget about Party rules. The votes will have to be counted one way or the other.

What Dean and a few others are hoping is that the race will be over and they will not have to address the FL and MI problem, except to appease them a bit at the Convention. That is one reason PA is so important.
