Obama discovers the words Bush, boycott, and Olympics
can all go in the same sentence. (By the way, how many days has it been since Hillary asked Bush to boycott the Olympics?...)

1. Is Hillary the front runner?
I personally liked how he sat back and assessed the situation before making a decision.

4. You want another president who makes rash uniformed decisions
and then sticks to their choices in order to look "strong" even though they are wrong?

21. I want someone who will not delay the decision until after the
point where action would have done any good. Anyway, how long do you actually need to think when considering whether you want Bush to go to the Olympics as a physical representation of the U.S. and we the people and a reminder of all the trash that he's done?

5. Exactly....Hillary

.....says what ever feels good without regard to thought...She only says what she in her own mind is the popular thing to say.

.........YES Obama takes a pause before he answers a question which my grandpa told me is the sign of a stable educated person.

If he's elected president, he'll wake up on January 20, pop himself on the forehead, and say "What the fuck have I done?!"

LOL.

7. Obama: Conflicted Like my Teenage Daughter
Edited on Wed Apr-09-08 11:25 PM by BenDavid
Barack Hussein Obama wants to be president. So why does he carry on conflicted and confused like a distraught teenage daughter? Obama can’t come to a conclusion on our contry’s contribution to the communist China summer confab called the 2008 Olympics.Be a man, Barack. Hillary is so much more of a man than this mushy middler. No wonder SNL snarky sketches skewer the simpleton showing Obama calling Hillary at 3 AM for advice.

"I am of two minds about this," obama......maybe one side of his brain could see no way to use the race card and the other side told him he better follow HRC's lead in this....So, this time common sense won out....

shalom
Ben David

20. The statements neither said nor implied the SAME CONCEPTS, but you Hillarites don't read or
comprehend much, do you?

I'd explain the difference, but it'd be a waste of my time.

Let's let him go and remind the whole world of his pre-emptive attack on Iraq and subsequent destruction, the insatiable greed and corruption he and his cronies have shown, and the example he has set for the way one person can dismantle the constitutional protections of a free society.

24. Condescension without any comprehension or extrapolation.
Stock in trade for the Obama followers. My comprehension has consistently been tested in the 95 and higher percentile on the national scale. That was a personal attack that was doomed before it was launched.

25. I think he could have been stronger but - Chicago wants Olympics in 2016 and ........
http://www.suntimes.com/sports/olympics/588830,oly100407.stng

Personally I think Barack was being a little cautious as to how he approached this question. Also whether we like it or not China holds a lot of cards right now. It is going to take a long time to get those strings untied!

28. Actually Chicago wanting the Olympics in 2016
is not something I had thought of and is certainly a possible explanation. That said, I still think he should have stepped out much earlier and without all the caution which takes me to another set of issues that I have with him.
