Clinton: Bush Should Skip Olympic Ceremony
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/04/07/politics/main3999497.shtml

The Democratic presidential candidate said a boycott of the opening ceremonies by Bush would underscore U.S. concerns about the recent unrest in Tibet and questions about China's relationship with Sudan.

Good for her though. At least she's not hammering away at Obama. Maybe she should address that free trade deal with Colombia next.

6. Deflection? From what?
I saw the article and posted it. I agree with Clinton on some things, and disagree on others. Plus, it'll be fun to hear what the other candidates say, now that she's said something.

Personally, I believe politics should be kept out of the Olympics, which is a venue for everyone of sufficient caliber and endurance to participate in, for personal glory and to make their country look good or that's how the theory goes. But I'm not a politician.

5. When did Bill stop PUBLICLY supporting Bush's international decisions? Oh yeah, that would be 2007.
Edited on Mon Apr-07-08 05:06 PM by blm
Coinciding with his wife's primary campaign run.

Funny how he supported Bush so PUBLICLY and repeatedly on his foreign policy decisions from 2001-2006, eh?

23.  Did you ask Bill to stop spamming his defense of Bush throughout 2004 when he even BRAGGED about it
boasting to various interviewers that he REPEATEDLY defended Bush from the 'criticisms of the left' and did so throughout his summer 2004 book tour?

Bill's SPAMMING his support of Bush hurt this nation and deserved your condemnation far more than anything a nobody on a message forum can, yet you save your disapproval for those who criticize Bill's protection of Bush.

Guess you never really thought about the REALITY of what you do everyday. You ATTACK and SMEAR powerless citizens on a message forum who speak out against the powerful Democrats who protected BushInc.

You side with those who protected BushInc the most. You DISAPPROVE of those Dem citizens who want BushInc's protection by powerful Democrats STOPPED.

what it has been - a danger to our party, to America and the world.

Those who see Wright and Rezko as enormous problem but never noticed Jackson Stephens, GHWBush, Dubai and Saudi royals, Bin Ladens, AQ Khan, Marc Rich, James Bath and others involved with BCCI's illegal operations who Clinton protected throughout the 90s are definitely missing a sense of proportion and logic.

You all protect those who protected BushInc the most, and attack Democratic citizens who disapprove of ANY Democrat protecting BushInc on its illegal operations.

people in the world, and some of them have been putting millions into his bank account since he left office.

Why do you try and pretend it doesn't matter to this nation, and why pretend any Dem citizen who bothered to read the reports and is familiar with the matters swept under the rug NOTICING the connections of the powerful figures involved is someone who deserves to be smeared?

34. Yes - your posts are meager when it comes to any historic basis for your smear
on those citizens who BOTHER to know what their country has done in their name - both GOPs and the Dems who protecte them and profit from that protection.

You want readers to believe its just paranoia, as you demonstrate in your attack on me, and I would direct them to read the reports themselves which they can do by accessing the National Security Archives.

So could you. You ARE a citizen.
