Question re Clinton 2007 return from the accounting-challenged

The last line of the 2007 estimated summary is 3.5 million dollars in investment income from a blind trust.

Is blind trust income divied up as interest, dividends, and/or capital gains as appropriate? Or is it reported on line 17 along with royalties, partnerships and s corps?

And is there any indication on 2000 - 2006 returns of a blind trust? Or is it new for 2007?

Very grateful in advance to anyone who can provide blind trust 101 information and how blind trust income is reported on returns...

From the Washington Post -- looks like Clintons dissolved their blind trust last summer, converting all stocks to cash to avoid financial conflicts as Hillary runs for president

So the 3.5 million dollars in 2007 is likely capital gains.
