Clinton pitches petition on disputed delegates
You can't blame her for trying.

Hillary Clinton's latest gambit to get the Democratic Party to count the disputed delegates from Florida and Michigan, which she badly needs to catch up to Barack Obama, is an online petition by supporters.

Her campaign said this morning that more than 100,000 people have signed since the petition was launched late Wednesday.

"It is a bedrock American principle: we are all equal in the voting booth. No matter where you were born or how much money you were born into, no matter the color of your skin or where you worship, your vote deserves to count," Clinton wrote in an appeal to supporters. "But millions of people in Florida and Michigan who went to the polls aren't being heard. The delegates they elected won't be seated at the Democratic National Convention in Denver this August -- and that's just not fair to those voters."

She won primaries in the two states, but since they flouted national party rules on how early they could hold their contests, the candidates didn't campaign, and Obama pulled his name off the ballot in Michigan. Efforts for do-overs in the two states have thus far gone nowhere.

1. People might actually take her seriously if she wasn't being such a hypocrite.

2. Looks like Obama will just have to wait until the convention to seat these delegates 50/50

Clinton is desperate and looks like she is not going to accept 50/50 so this mess will end.
