Hillary Supporters: Would You Vote For An Obama/Clinton Ticket? Would Bill Clinton Be A Co-V.P.?

Question 1: I'm just curious if an Obama/Clinton ticket would actually unify the party, or if Hillary's supporters wouldn't be up for that either?

I actually think if it wasn't for Bill, Obama might be open to a Hillary V.P. spot if he were to get the nomination. But I think the thought of Bill butting into presidential buisness and not knowing his place probably would bother most potential presidents. Having a Hill/Bill co-V.P. I think would overwhelm just about anybody.

Question 2: Would a Hillary V.P. be a co-VP shared by Bill?

Would that be too many cooks in the kitchen?

People forget that more than anything these candidates want to win, and if Obama feels like an Obama/Clinton ticket would put him in the white house you'd be silly to think he wouldn't do it.

13. I voted for Hillary on Super Tuesday (by default) and I will

vote for whichever is the nominee IF I am convinced that there will be no back-peddling on stopping the war and no back-peddling on NAFTA. I would never vote for McPain, but if I sense that our nominee is back-peddling on promises about the war or NAFTA I will not vote the top of the ticket - just vote for the rest of the Democratic list.

27. No, I don't. As I said I voted for her by default - would have

preferred Edwards and really wanted Gore. Gore was against the war from Day One, and I think (hope) he has seen the light on the NAFTA disaster. I've just decided that if our nominee starts trimming or weaseling on getting out of the war or out of NAFTA, I'll just skip the top of the ticket and vote the rest of the Democratic line. I don't think my vote counts for very much anyway, but I will have made the point to myself.

Clinton may remain as the junior Senator from NY, where she can try to pass some meaningful legislation, to make up for her first 7 years without a record of accomplishment........if you don't believe me, check Obama's and Clinton's own Senate web sites, and see what actually happened in the last 7 years for Clinton, what she actually got done.

No, Hillary should have pulled out when her campaign strategy failed in early February..but she can continue to stay in the race for as long as she wants to continue to make foolish statements and destroy her husband's record and legacy. That's fine with us Obama supporters......not so much for you Hillary supporters, who STILL think she can walk on water.

Michelle Obama is a strong capable spouse, does that make her CO POTUS? Do we expect neither of them to consult with their spouses?

Obama has run an excellent campaign, and it would be wonderful if Clinton could be his VP. I donated to Clinton today, I believe in her, I love her health plan, but I realize that she may not be president at this point. Being VP would be great and would allow her to bring her passion for health care to the table.

Will Bill be a co-VP? I don't know. I don't think that would AWFUL if he was, but I don't have a crystal ball. I do think that Hillary would be an active one if allowed to be.
