Obama 1,311 54.8%

Clinton 1,080 45.2%

7:05pm by Phillip - Lots of counties in (check the spreadsheet), but the big one is Travis -- 313 for Obama, 144 for Clinton.

4. I doubt it. Sounds like Chaos.
I'm doing a spreadsheet and comparing the % to the halted caucus count on election day and Obama is slightly ahead of where he ought to be.

My calculation is that he should have gotten 1269 delegates from the reported districts but instead he has 1284. If there was no caucus count on election day, then I didn't use it at all. But it is awfully close to what was expected.

8. Nothing yet from Bexar, Tarrant, or much of Dallas and Harris counties.
I gotta believe those hold Obama strongholds.

... and they are:

Obama -- 80 delegates / 80 alternates to state convention

Clinton - 30 delegates / 30 alternates to state convention

Total of 1,009 sign-ins, with 741 for Obama and 268 for Clinton.

The District 2 convention adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
