Since WWII, the executive has become astronomically more powerful than the other branches combined.

That is, unless the congressional majority is so large that it can convict Bush for his crimes. Hmmm...

IT would be a much better for the country. A Dem congress will pull the country left. Kerry with a repug congress is going nowhere.
