Poll question: Runoff Poll for "Issues"
Edited on Fri Jan-02-04 10:39 AM by familydoctor
From yesterday's poll I have culled the 4 leaders and a
new issue to add to the list.

I know there is truly no "one important issue" but rather many
complicated inter-related issues some more imperitave than
others. However, just for the purposes of getting a bead on
what DU'ers are thinking, I would like to keep up the runoff
polling until I can get a true majority vote.

Why?

Because it is kind of fun and then I'd like to compare the policy
statements of the candidates of the issue that "wins".

P.S. I included education as the other issue.

Thanks, and here they are in no particular order:

3. The other category was in yesterday's poll, but I agree w/ you
Civil Rights are fundamental (it just didn't get a lot of
votes or commentary yesterday).

By the way, Clark puts this as his most fundamental issue
so you should give him a second look.

6. Clark
Has my full attention. But he needs to address the discrepency between his words on civil liberties and his work as a paid lobbysist for Acxiom. Clark's in it, as far as I'm concerned, I'd just really like to hear this issue addressed by him.
