Puerto Rico?
Imagine a scenario where after a bruising, 50 fight state (and DC) fight, everything hangs on the last primary. Winner take all. Here we go. 15th round.

And the 15th round takes place in.....Puerto Rico? A place that isn't a state, can't vote in the GE, and has zero electoral college votes?

I can maybe, MAYBE listen to an argument as to why Puerto Rico gets to vote in the primary process. But.....we've made them last. And the potential kingmaker. And this year, among all others, its ACTUALLY possible they could tip the balance.

Someone want to fill me in as to why this makes sense?

1. Firstly, it's not winner take all.
Secondly, I doubt the election comes down to PR.
