"Other stuff that intrudes on politics"
What was Bill Clinton talking about? I thought it was code for "race". What he's trying to do here is downplay Obama's extraordinary speech, which is the most watched video on youtube ever, which was so powerful and groundbreaking that they have no other option but to dismiss it.

The Clintons are absolutely shameful and disgusting and I am beyond sick of them.

3. Of course it was code for race. Shameful and disappointing.
Another aspect of the statement that is shameful is how cozy the Clintons are with McCain. Inside-the-beltway types helping each other cling to power.

Time for others like Edwards and Gore to follow Richardson's lead, and endorse Obama.

And call for Hillary to end her quest for power for the good of the party and the nation.

4. He actually said "other stuff that intrudes on 'our' politics".
Edited on Fri Mar-21-08 04:51 PM by parasim
It's like he's so pissed that there actually is a Democrat looking to change things. Never before has a candidate looking to upset the status quo so resonated with the public. He hates that, apparently.

on edit: removed an extra "is" I had in there. (because I wasn't sure what the definition of it was... hehe)

5. 'other stuff' you know 'other things' that are brought up by 'other kinds of people'
who have 'other kinds of ministers' and 'other kinds of patriotism' who are taking our jobs with 'other kinds of advantages' so that their 'other kinds of children' will be more competitive than ours and go to University and study 'other kinds of history' about the great country that we love.

6. Swift Boat Veterans in 2004, Al Gore sighing in 2000,
...Bill Clinton's having led an anti-war teach-in in his youth in 1992.

Bill Clinton was saying that Republicans make bogus attacks on Democratic candidates instead of discussing the issues.
