In a way, I'm glad the Rev. Wright story has come out now
First, it shows the hypocracy of the Radical Right in that a preacher ranting about legalized abortion or homosexuality and thus deserves Divine Wrath is okay, but a preacher ranting about how American MidEast policies brought blowback in the form of terrorism is treason. I'm fairly certain I saw one of the old religoius blowhards, Falwell or one of this friends, on national television talking about this. Something about a "cone of protection" being lifted. And I'm pretty sure there are a lot more religious leaders beating the pulpit about abortion and homosexuality than, say, MidEast blowback or the supression of black Americans.

Second, this should put the nail in the coffin of the "Barack HUSSEIN Obama is a Muslim" myth that floats around in cyberspace.

Maybe Michael WEINER Savage finally has the answer to his flame-baiting question now, eh?

3. So that's the sermon, eh?
I don't have cable, so the whole Faux News thing is not on my radar, but I could see why they want to demonize this sermon. They have to keep people thinking that "they hate us for our freedoms", not "they hate us because we keep bombing them".

Remember how Ron Paul got booed when HE waid it?

4. Ah, but he's a white Republican, so he can't be treasonous!
It's the new fact of American life. White Republicans can never ever ever be unpatriotic, unconstitutional, or treasonous. Just ask George Bush or Dick Cheney.

5. One thing is certain, it was going to come out
How much more remains out there, that's the question. You can be certain, there is more.

6. I bet...
If a selection of quotes from Wright, Falwell, and Robertson were laid out and people had to guess who said each one, they would just be guessing.
