Thank You, Hillary
When I heard that the Clintons were going to go after Obama on Rezko/Wright in a 12:15PM conference call on Time's The Page, I assumed that they'd go after the Wright flap, but according to a news summary on The Page just now, they only talked about Rezko.

Clinton’s Mark Penn and Phil Singer hold Saturday afternoon conference call calling out Obama on Rezko, requesting he release all documentation on transactions.

Both pass up opportunity to criticize him on Rev. Wright issue when repeatedly asked by reporters.

when your opponent is stuck and trying to extricate himself from a nightmare.

33. You are correct. The Clintons have absolutely NO connection to scandalous land deals.
True, they were the object of a ten-year, 100 million dollar right-wing ATTEMPT to connect them to a scandalous land deal, but they were found to be completely innocent of any and all misdeeds by not one, but FOUR, investigations!

Meanwhile, we have hardly scratched the surface of Obama's dealings with Rezko. It is possible that Obama will turn out to have been as honest and ethical as the Clintons are, but we'll never know if Obama is as clean as Clinton until he has been investigated as much as she has.

That's only fair. And since it's only fair, I imagine Obama's supporters will have a problem with it.

21. why are they waiting until then to release the returns from 2000-2006?
They have nothing to do with this year's filing.

Perhaps, they actually don't want to give the people of PA a chance to find out what is in them?

49. they only been able to wait this long by using Tax Time as their excuse
They won't be able to do that after April 15.

You are not going to like what comes out of those returns. Hillary's plan was to have the nomination sewed up by now so that the returns wouldn't come into play.
That didn't work out, and now the bright light is about to shine down on those dark secrets.

Hey, I like a good joke as much as the next guy... but you know full well that I've been one of the strongest advocates on this board to cut the use of the kind of sexist language you attribute to me.

Since I know your next move is to cry "link?", here's one of many.

So tell me, ruggy, how would you feel if I jokingly attributed a quote to you where you refer to Obama as "boy"? Would that be within the bounds of good humor?

Politico reports today that Obama's "opponents" have been pushing the story for months. It's looking more and more like Obama punked them by getting the story out at a time when he could control it.

Chicago Trib is satisfied with Obama on the Rezko issue(poster up a bit) they're just trying to look relevant and not have to pay for advertising. As for not touching Wright....would they dare?

Frankly, I wonder if Obama hasn't done himself some harm by denouncing Wright's words. What I've heard of the sermon I can't say I disagree...not a pretty picture but there's truth in it. I suppose I'll be flamed but remember this is just my humble opinion.
