7. I know, but yesterday he was behind in that same poll.
Of course he never left. And sooner or later, Hillary and her supporters will have to come to the realization that they won't win.

13. I agree NightWatcher........
these fluctuations within the MOE are meaningless, but you can't tell that to the Clintonistas.

2. I think her endorsement of McCain did some damage. She pissed a lot of people off
with that.

8. My father, who lives in FL, just told me today that that was the last straw. Before that
he would've been ok with Hillary in the WH since she'd bring Bill with her. No more.

10. Yup. I don't know why the media didn't frame Obama's BIG win in WY as buyer's remorse for Hillary!
Afterall, WY is almost all white and he STILL Whooped her butt!

6. This must be AWFULLY frustrating for the HRC campaign LOL -- all that negativitity and ...
it doesn't even hold for a lousy week. How many times can they throw the 'kitchen sink' at Obama?

On the other hand, they have a good five weeks to give their creative juices some time to cook up some new crap to fling ...

she'd be HAPPY to have him a heartbeat away from the presidency as HER VP. :eyes:

than later! All Hillary's negativity seems to be paying off-for Obama!

After Mississippi, Obama gets another bounce to ride for 6 weeks until PA.

Yup. He'll have his momentum back!

20. yup. I heard this morning that she's running the 3 a.m. ads again
in MS, because the campaign determined they had an impact on OH & TX. Obama's got to come up with a hard-hitting counter to that ad.

16. Wanna see a more meaningful poll?
New poll shows that voters trust President Hillary Clinton to fix the economy.

Rasmussen Reports has done two polls, asking voters which Presidential candidate they trust most to deal with the major issues facing America.

The results of the McCain v Obama poll were published on February 27th.

The results of the McCain v Clinton poll are published today (March 10th).

Here is my summary of the main findings (you can see the numbers below):

1. Hillary Clinton beats John McCain on the Economy and Taxes. McCain beats Obama on both of these issues.

2. Hillary does better than Obama on National Security and Iraq, although McCain leads both Democrats on these issues.

3. The one issue where Obama is way out in front is when people were asked who would do most to reduce corruption in the federal government. But you have to remember that the Obama poll was done back in February, when most Americans had never heard the name "Rezco".

I can't help but be reminded of the stories about Bill Clinton's successful Presidential campaign back in 1992, when James Carville put up a sign on the War Room wall that said "It's the economy, stupid!" B-)

other things. :hi:

28. Will "hope and change" be enough to win the Whitehouse in November?
Or does Barack Obama have a plan to convince the population that he is qualified and ready to fix the economy, resolve the situation in Iraq, and erase John McCain's huge lead on national security?

John McCain currently has a 25 point lead over Barack Obama on national security.

Obviously, the GOP will try to make this election all about national security.

Hillary has been saying this, but folks here accused her of "endorsing McCain" ...

30. Yes, because with those things he'll be able to get things done that Hillary and McCain can only
TALK about! Don't worry-after the debates (Obama vs. McCain) those numbers will change.

Hillary DID endorse McCain by saying HE, unlike Obama, is qualified to be CIC.

It gave him a small bounce, but disappeared just as quickly.

They saw a glimpse of this trend before we did.

"Obama would make a great VP!"

This explains it. Yuck.

27. Yep
The media is s joke. Kerry is inevitable. Bush is doomed to be a 1 term president. Guilani is inevitable. The nomimation is his. Clinton is inevitable. She'll have it wrapped up after New Hampshire. Obama won Iowa; now, he's unstoppable and HRC is finished. HRC wins NH by 2 points. OMG. The race is over. She's the nominee. Kennedy endorses Obama. OMG. Now Clinton is finished. Clinton wins a draw or narrow loss on ST 11. Obama wins 11 in a row. OMG, Clinton is finished. OMG, Clinton wins TX and Ohio with a near delegate tie. OMG, Obama is finished. Nope. Obama goes onto win Wyoming and re-assert his national lead in gallup and rasmussen daily tracking.

LOL. LOL. LOL. LOL. The media is a joke and has ZERO credibility.

21. So Obama supporters are celebrating that 46% of likely Democratic voters want him to be the nominee?
Is that really such an amazing amount of support for your guy, considering he is the frontrunner who already won about 85 States (if you believe what you read here on DU:P)? :eyes:

23. And I guess the other 10% can't choose between the two remaining candidates.
So despite Obama having the nomination in the bag already, 54% of likely Democratic voters have serious doubts about whether he is really the best person for the job.

24. Considering that 3/4 was supposed to be
the day when HRC dealt a brutal blow to Obama's campaign and regained her "MO," but less than a week later the best she can do is tie him within the MOE, I'd say it's pretty good news for Obama.
