Hispanic Effort Finally Gets going for Dems in Central Florida

The Democratic Party is finally rolling out a GOTV and ad effort focusing on the Hispanic vote here in Central Florida. Apparently, Henry Cisneros for HUD Secretary is helping with this effort. Yesterday, jeb bush and his Florida's first smuggler aka Columbua Bush staged a rally at Universal Studios for the "Viva Bush" kick off. Two Democratic turncoats organized it -- former State Rep. Tony Suarez and Vienna Avelares -- both of whom used to be staunch Democrats. The paper said that there were only about 100 people there! Bad for the GOP and good for the Democrats. The GOP seem to think tha the Hispanic vote is solidly for them because of the abortion question and make a lot of the fact that both bush brothers speak Spanish.

Poor English is his first language I guess. I cna't imagine he can speak Spanish remotely competently based on his English

Some Hispanics have told me that the reason (the only reason) they are voting for Bush -- and voted for him the first time is because he speaks Spanish.
