This does not surprise me at all. What will shock me is the release of Clintons TAX records, then we can really see what people she is really supporting. Clinton allows speculation and mistrust by not being forthright, if we see her TAX records we will be able to see the real direction she intends on taking us, but just like Bush we have to do our own digging to get to the truth.
Clinton: Bought and Paid for By Saudi Arabia and China

There's a reason she hasn't released her tax returns--Bill is on the payroll of the Saudis and the Chinese Communist Party.

Hillary Clinton still hasn’t released her tax return. We don’t know what she’s hiding, but if her tax return was clear, we’d have long since seen the return (which was filed in April of 2007). After 8 years of Dick Cheney raiding the public treasury for the benefit of his Halliburton stock, we must know the financial interests of potential future Presidents and the conflicts they pose. Since Clinton won’t release her tax return, I will speculate as to what may or may not be contained therein.
Bill Clinton has been active on the international scene. We already know about the $131 million kickback Bill took from an Asian dictator. Still, Bill has been remarkably secretive about the funding for his presidential library. The full list of donors has never been released. But we know two things: the Clinton Library cost $165 million to build and fully 10% of that cost was covered by Saudi Arabia.
Since he left office, Bill Clinton has mainly earned a living as a speaker, writer and "consultant." Companies, governments, and organizations pay him huge fees to speak at a gathering or lend his name to the business. Bill has lent his name to shady businessmen, like Ron Burkle. Clinton’s speeches have earned him millions; a typical speech with the former President costs href="25,000. Foreign interests in Japan, Australia, and Europe have all been more than happy to throw money at the Clintons. This has led the man who was making $45,000 a year as Governor of Arkansas to spectacular wealth; the kind of wealth that can buy million dollar vacation homes. Worse, this is also the kind of wealth that can cause politicians to be indebted to foreign interests and undermine our national interests and security.
According to the Washington Post, a Saudi Arabian investment company with ties to the Saudi government and Royal Family has paid Bill Clinton at least $600,000 in lecturing fees. A quick search on Bill’s travel itinerary reveals that Bill Clinton met with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh in June of 2003. Two years later, Clinton met with the Crown Prince again, this time in the United States. One wonders what Bill promised in exchange for the $600,000 check. Other foreign interests who have paid Clinton include: $650,000 from a pro-NAFTA Canadian investment firm and $200,000 from a real estate firm which is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.
This is all money which can be turned around by the Clintons to support their political interests. By law, Hillary Clinton is entitled to use half of her spouse’s wealth to back her presidential campaign. In this campaign, she has already done this by donating $5 million to her campaign. Let’s think about the net effect of this; this allows Bill’s income to be used for political purposes. In effect the Saudis have given a $300,000 donation to her campaign, the Canadians have donated $325,000, and the Chinese Communist Party has donated $100,000.
With gas at $4 a gallon, I don’t want anybody who is on the Saudi payroll near the Oval Office. It’s clear that foreign governments and the Clintons have been colluding to buy off the American process and open the store to foreign interests—like the Saudis and the Chinese Communist Party. This is why Hillary Clinton must be defeated in the Democratic Primary. Our national security depends on it.
Hillary Clinton knows this. It is why she won't release her tax returns. Those returns will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that she and her husband are on the payroll of corrupt foreign entities--like the Chinese Communist Party and the Saudi Arabian government. Enough is enough; let's not elect the Democratic version of Dick Cheney to the Presidency and allow this country to be swindled into poverty.
Updates: Ourhispanicvoices wrote a diary yesterday which shows that the Clintons are also receiving large sums of cash from Dubai--the nation which tried to buy our ports!

Bill Clinton's presidential library raised more than 10 percent of the cost of its $165 million facility from foreign sources, with the most generous overseas donation coming from Saudi Arabia, according to interviews yesterday.
The royal family of Saudi Arabia gave the Clinton facility in Little Rock about $10 million, roughly the same amount it gave toward the presidential library of George H.W. Bush, according to people directly familiar with the contributions.

Only days before the make-or-break "Super Tuesday" primaries, Hillary Clinton dipped into her personal finances to lend her campaign $5 million, a move she kept secret until the day after she had battled Barack Obama to a standstill in the coast-to-coast voting.
If she had disclosed the loan before Super Tuesday, it might not only have generated troubling questions about the financial health of her campaign; it might have focused unwanted attention on the sources of the Clintons' money.
Unlike other well-to-do politicians, the Clintons did not inherit their wealth or amass a fortune during a prior business career. Just seven years ago, on leaving the White House, the Clintons were millions of dollars in debt due to the costs of fighting legal battles.

Still, the bulk of the family income derives from Bill Clinton's speeches and his participation in business ventures, which -- when combined with the multi-million-dollar fundraising for his foundation and his presidential library -- have come to be known as "Clinton Inc."
Last month, the Wall Street Journal reported that former President Clinton stands to make $20 million as he unwinds a complicated business relationship with Yucaipa Cos., the investment firm of his longtime supporter, billionaire Ron Burkle, which has connections to the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.
A week ago, the New York Times described the help Clinton gave Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra in securing a lucrative uranium deal with the repressive government of Kazakhstan in 2005, shortly before Giustra made an unreported $31.3 million donation to Clinton's foundation.
Sen. Clinton's most recent financial disclosure form showed that the former president also earned $10.2 million for giving 57 speeches in 2006. Of those speeches, 31 were delivered outside the United States for $6.4 million.
From 2001 to 2007, Bill Clinton collected nearly $40 million in speaking fees, according to a review by the Washington Post. His paid speeches - with fees as high as $400,000 - included appearances before landlord groups, biotechnology firms, food distributors, charities and leadership organizations all over the world.
The legal significance of Hillary Clinton's assertion that the $5 million loan came from her portion of the couple's wealth relates to the political sensitivity - and questionable legality - of a husband or wife financing the campaign of a spouse. Federal law only allows the candidate to make unlimited contributions to his or her own campaign.

Clinton's acknowledgement of the loan also threatens to attract new interest in the overseas financial ties of the Clintons and some of their supporters.
According to a review of records by the Center for Investigative Reporting and ABC News, several top fundraisers for Hillary Clinton's campaign have lobbied on behalf of foreign governments and sometimes helped their clients gain access to Clinton as a U.S. lawmaker.
The review found that six Clinton "Hillraisers," specially designated fundraisers who have collected at least $100,000 for her presidential campaign, are registered with the Justice Department as lobbyists for foreign governments.
As ABC News reported, "Two of Clinton's top moneymen, John Merrigan and Matthew 'Mac' Bernstein, are part of a lobbying team hired by the rulers of Dubai to defend against a U.S.-based lawsuit alleging that the rulers had enslaved young boys to race camels."
Merrigan's and Bernstein's firm, DLA Piper, arranged a meeting with Clinton and three other senators last year on behalf of Dubai, according to filings. Dubai paid the firm $3.7 million for a year's work.
Merrigan and Bernstein also lobbied on behalf of the Turkish government in March 2007 to prevent "the introduction, debate and passage of legislation and other U.S. government action that harms Turkey's interests or image."
Specifically, the lobbyists opposed a resolution, co-sponsored by Clinton, that would term the World War I-era massacre of Armenians by Ottoman Turks a genocide.
Although Clinton was an original co-sponsor, she soon qualified her support for the resolution, telling the Boston Globe editorial board that "the adamant expression of real dismay and outrage by this Turkish government has to be factored into this."
Merrigan and Bernstein have since pledged to raise at least $250,000 for Clinton's presidential campaign, and DLA Piper employees now represent the largest bloc of contributors to Clinton's presidential campaign, according to the Center for Responsive Politics.
