The new President should instruct the DNC Chair to create a commission on primaries and then implement the recommendations of that commission.

It will be the perfect time to do this because the incumbent President will be the presumptive nominee in 2012 anyway and won't have to worry about pissing off Iowa and New Hampshire or anyone else for that matter.

Any thoughts?
