If Howard Dean resigned as DNC Chairman, how long would it take to setup a campaign committee

for his Presidental run? He could conceivably take the rest of the delgates and tell the other candidates to get real or else! Don't think he couldn't throw the DP into a tailspin! What a brokered convention that would be!! :woohoo:

So how long would it take to set up a committee?
