how else can you explain her latest trend of endorsing McCain? She's not stupid enough to think those comments won't be used against Obama v McCain. I can think of no other reason. She wants Obama to lose so she doesn't have to wait 8 years.

discuss.

21. It's perfectly logical if you think like a sociopath.
She doesn't care about the damage to the country or the world. Millions more dead in the Middle East, trashed environment, accelerated global warming, no health care reform?

Eggs and omelets.

The princess wants another shot at the throne, and doesn't care how many peasants suffer so she gets it.

4. who knows who will look good 4 years from now...
i doubt that Hillary trusts time to be on her side...

You might want to take a look around at who the repukes are grooming to take over even if johnny wins...

oh, Jeb...it's your turn....

7. That's exactly what she's doing. She'll ruin anyone (Gore, Kerry, Obama) who gets in her way.

8. It's not going to work.
The Clintons have burned through a lot of good will in the party this year. Even if Obama loses in November, I bet enough people are so disillusioned by the narcissism and selfishness of this pair that there's no way HRC comes back.

9. I could not believe it! She complimented him AGAIN, saying they both bring a lifetime
of experience to the WH and Obama brings a SPEECH! Then she went on to say she and McCain both crossed the "Commander-in-Chief threshhold"! Olbermann just called her "McClinton"!

13. She must think it puts her on the "same level" as McCain to "go toe to toe" while trying to paint
Obama as a lightweight. I'm SO mad at her for talking about how McCain's such a good friend and distinguished man, etc.

"Lieberman Democrat" as Keith called her.

12. Frankly this is just speculation. She has much more of a chance of winning the nod now than in 12.
Edited on Thu Mar-06-08 08:30 PM by Flabbergasted
I would think she would recognize that.

She will not have any of the advantages she started out the race with this year and will likely have a higher negative approval rating.

She thinks she can win and will stop at nothing to force Obama to accept VP.

Also I think she knows Obama would likely win the GE.

22. it hurts her too
I think it hurts her more than Obama. Obama isn't saying he has 50 years of experience, he's saying he has better judgment than the other too.

Hillary never even talks about her judgment on national security issues, so if she was up against McCain she'd have nothing working for her.

23. She's trying to setup Hillaryis45.org.
She doesn't care about who gets hurt in the process. She's even willing to let McCain pick a few more right wing supreme court judges. It'll be OK, the Clinton's won't be hurt by 4 more years.
