The majority of firefighters will vote for Kerry
Check it out. I found this thread lurking at the Hannity forums. It is still short but very good.

This one guy posts saying that the firefighters union is a disgrace for backing Kerry. He sounds like the average Gawd-fearing Bush bot. Then this guy named RealityCheck posted some good stuff. I like that RealityCheck guy.

After reading this thread I now know Kerry relates to firefighters much more than Bush. After all, Kerry is not going to cut their overtime pay. No wonder the firefighters union endorses Kerry.

1. There are a LOT of firefighters at the delegate meetings I go to
Their union in general is behind Kerry as a group.

3. I just wish...
That Kerry or any other candidate for any office would remember the forgotten Emergency workers. Kerry lays down in his plan funds to hire and train police and firefighters and that money for more pay and benefits is needed but ignores EMS as a whole who's average yearly salary is 5-10k a year less than fire/police personnel make. We also have to go under equipped and under trained yet no politician speaks to our plight.
