What happened to Huckabee. I thought God was guiding his campaign???
I mean, according to Chuck Norris and Ted Nugent he was God's candidate.

He was like David.
You know, standing out in the field while others were vying to be king.
And then God picked David.

Should Huckabee have spent more time in the field with the sheep.
I mean, it could have been like an allegory: Huckabee = David. Campaign Trail = Field. His supporters = The sheep.

But, still. What happened to God?

Huckabee told us God was on his side.
That God was energizing his campaign.

Could the huck have been wrong???
Maybe he wasn't God's candidate.

Maybe like Robertson in 88, Huck was full of sh*t too

Edited on Wed Mar-05-08 06:43 PM by Binka
This mini van backed right in front of me and it had a I "heart" Huckabee bumper sticker, along with one about Jesus, and another having to do with Patriotic Bullshit. Anyway when I saw the Huckabee one I just Said "HUCKABEE?" and I laughed out loud. The guy driving stuck his hand out the window and flipped me off. I laughed harder. Good christian's ya gotta love 'em.

6. God's fickle.
Edited on Wed Mar-05-08 07:21 PM by Kutjara
An international team of theologians recently discovered that God is, in reality, a sixteen year old girl with ADD who lives in Orange County, likes Hip Hop, is happiest when hanging out at the mall with her BFFs, and thinks Paris Hilton is "cool, but kinda gross."

Hertz van Rental, the leader of the research team, believes that these findings will finally enable mankind to understand God's Plan, the seemingly capricious nature of Her actions, and Her often incomprehensible role history's major events.

"You just can't rely on God," van Rental concluded, "she's an airhead with the attention span of a Tasmanian Devil and the ethical depth of a Steven Segal movie. You think She's got your back, but when you turn around two minutes later, She's off flirting with the jocks in the smoking area. And She borrowed my celly and never gave it back."

14. That's really not fair

After all, there's no evidence that any 16-year girls have been responsible for war, pestilence, disease, disasters, and assorted other suffferings of mankind.

Although Joan of Arc probably deserves partial credit.

16. That's because only one of them...
...is the omniscent, omnipotent, omnipresent Creator of the Universe. The rest are just kids. Annoying kids (if that isn't a tautology), but kids nontheless.
