The stupidest thing I have seen on these threads,,
Edited on Wed Mar-05-08 04:04 PM by lazer47
is people trying to get their candidate elected by telling us what is wrong with the other one,, stop all this bullshit and tell me what your "chosen one" has done in the last year,, about things like veterans, or gas prices, or the environment,,I would kind of like to hear what they have done not a bunch of empty promises about what their gonna do..

2. Stupidest thing I've seen is the misuse of "there" and "their" ...
If you're going to use the word "stupidest" you'd better check your spelling/grammar ...

11. Sorry but it's a pet peeve of mine ...
The internet/e-mail/spellcheck have made spelling and grammar "obsolete." Intelligence is next -- provided we all have crackberrys or iPhones with the 'net at our fingertips, we won't need to have a THING in our heads except cotton ...

16. "empty promises about what their gonna do"
What is intended is the contraction of "they are", which is "they're".

"Their" is a plural possessive pronoun - "their votes", "their interests". It is not a contraction.

5. I think no matter which candidate you favor, you'll find the answer profoudly disappointing...
seeing as both candidates have spent the better part of the last year on the campaign trail.

8. Wait. That's Hillary's approach.
I haven't heard her say a good thing about her candidacy in a long time.

Good luck with that...

As numerous posters have exemplified to us time and time again, it's simply easier to destroy than it is to build.

13. Hey
:yourock:

What's really funny is that 75% of us have all ready voted in the primaries. Degrading the other democratic candidate is not going to change much now.
