Obama stopped whining about Super Delegates weeks ago. WHY?
Because the only way he can get the enough delegate votes to get the nod is for super delegates to NOT follow the primary results and vote for Obama.

Oops... Obama and his acolytes had been saying for weeks and weeks super delegates should follow primary results and vote for the primary winner...... Now suddenly they need super delegates to cross over and the Obama thralls ignore what they said earlier because they can't win if they stand up to their words.

2. If superdelegates follow the primary voters of their districts
then Obama has it sewed up. He is AHEAD by 130 in regular delegates, and trailing by 40 in superdelegates. Hillary would have to take each of the remaining contests by 60%, plus get a majority of the remaining superdelegates to overcome his lead.

I don't think she can do it.

3. Your math is wrong or maybe your perception on how SDs are awarded.
You may be thinking of winner take all as far as super delegates are concerned. Not even Obama and his acolytes wanted that. They wanted a proportional division of super delegates based on primary results.

They do NOT want that now, because Obama would lose.

He needs crossover Super Delegates to vote for him in order to get the nod.

5. Ah, he is STILL in the lead for delegates.
That means a proportional split would only benefit him. There is NO WAY a proportional split could hurt him.

If he has stopped "whining" about it, it is because he is not a whiner. He is a winner.

10. WHAT?
He has more states
He has more pledged delegates
He has greater popular vote totals.

How does a proportional split hurt him?

6. You have two choices.
Whine some more....or show the mathematics of how he can get enough delegates without crossover super delegates.

Somehow I doubt the latter will be your choice.

Give me back my revisionist pen, or compensate me for it. Don't make me take you to Small Claims Court.

8. In the last month 80% of the superdelegates went to him 66-16
he now leads in Senators/Govenors

He only needs 46% of the remaining delegates and superdelegates to secure the nomination

and while we have been talking just picked up another superdelegate from Ohio

now why has Hillary gone so quiet about them?
