By repeatedly pushing the same issue until the media has no choice but to cover the issue.

Get Obama to say it in every major speech covered by TV.

Send out as many surrogates as you can round up to talk about it on TV.

Keep hammering, keep asking, keep the issue out there until the public starts questioning what she's hiding.
