Didn't She have to win big to even still have a chance?
I mean yeah it looks like hillary might win by 1-4% in three states, but c'mon thats a one delegate differance. Wasn't their a statistic floating around that said she had to win by 65% of the rest of the primaries to win on "pledged delegates" if the projections are true she is still going to be way behind and still should drop out. I stated earlier that by now, if you are actually a democrate and not a power hungry madman then by tonight whoever has the most delegates should be our candidate so that they could get the required number of delegates and have a mandate. If hillary doesnt pull ahead of the delegates tonight then she is planning on a brokered convention, which would be about the only way McCain could win. Who wants that?

9. That was yesterday.....
Today is another ballgame.

It will depend on Tx and what the media decides they want to do.

It is not up to us anymore....and Hillary doesn't have a shred of principle in her entire body.

10. Who wants that?
No one who really wants a Democrat elected this November wants that.

Anyone who says they do is putting Hillary above the Party.

About 50% lower than the minimum she needed. Not big.

20. She won't even pull that much...
look at what numbers are still outstanding. I'd be surprised if she was above 10%.

But yes, she needed to pull about 65% to make up some ground.

he lost nothing, she is losing her chance to bow out gracefully, She has to WIN big in order to win the primary with a mandate. if she continues it will be a brokered convention and she will never pull ahead of barack in delegates. She went further back tonight, not forward.

Just like the RULE that keeps the FL and MI primaries from counting.

She's in it to win it.

28. Yes, but don't tell delusional Hillary. She thinks she won tonight, only she'll wake up
to find she netted only a few delegates, if any at all. And with Wyoming and Mississippi coming up in the next 7 days, and only two large states left--PA and NC--there's hardly any delegates left to gain. It's over, but let her enjoy herself for tonight. Reality is waiting in the morning.

She will really win nothing. Need to see how many delegates they have at the end. Models showing she may win Tx but he wins the most delegates.

31. And she went from a sizable lead in both states to what looks like a squeaker in TX
Ohio panned out for her, but I think Texas was supposed to be hers as well. But it seems as soon as Obama campaigns somewhere, he gains on her.

38. its not spin, its very simple. she has to get a certain number of delegates
to win. Barack still has a sizeable win and the race is almost over, if she stays in she will cause a brokered convention where she will be coming into it in second place.

40. listen im a hesitant obama supporter
I care more about kucinich's race tonight then this one. but i do know that hillary lost tonight because she didnt make up a whole lot, she is playing catch up to obama, a slight win tonight is a big lose for her.

example, your running a race, youve been steadily looses a foot every 5 seconds, 3/5 of the way through you start gaining an inch every 5 seconds, will you win the race?

35. yeah basically
Her only hope is that superdelegates go her way. She could win out the rest of the primaries and she'll still be a behind. The way it's set up he still picks up delegates, so it's tough for her to make significant headway like that.
