26. no, purchasing from the Union store is NOT a donation

it does not count against your donation limits. I rec that you buy from the union shop and donate the difference to Obama. For example on Obama's site he sells campaign buttons for $3 when you can get them from the union tore for $1. Then you can go donate $2 to Obama. You can use this to maximize your dollars and get the items faster.
