14. Same here. I don't understand why anyone would use the ignore feature
I want to know if someone is replying to me. I may not need or want to reply back, but I want the option, and I wouldn't have that option if I couldn't see what they wrote.

If someone replies with, "You're wrong, the figure is 12%, not 90%," and I don't see it because they're on ignore, then my lack of response looks like acquiescence. I would rather back up my point than look like I didn't have one and was making things up.

21. No, you'll have the advantage, because the ignore feature is disabled during heavy load time.
Everyone else will be pulling their hair out with their nemeses suddenly reappearing, though. :hi:

It'll be the All-Spin Zone in here.

Win or lose, I predict we'll hear a "Meet me in Pittsburgh!" line from Senator Clinton (Philly probably isn't Clinton country) some time within a week of 3/4.

16. Since many of the long-time Hillary supporters here have left for greener pastures,
I doubt we will get WW-III. Just more of the same from Obama Underground.

If Hillary loses, I'll stay away for a while and come back when we get closer to the GE. Order may be restored here by then.

20. We'll get ridiculous spin from both sides (I'll probably be hated for saying this ...
Edited on Sat Mar-01-08 06:30 AM by musicblind
but you know it's true. So here goes ...)

Lets say Hillary WINS all TX, OH, and RI. We'll get Hillary's side screaming WE DID IT! They'll claim they have this thing wrapped up! Obama folks will try and spin it the other way and claim that it "doesn't count" (saying what they claim Clinton supporters always say). They'll claim it doesn't matter because she only won by small margins and will never catch up in pledged delegates. They'll claim she should drop out now despite the fact that the results show a tide that is obviously turning in her favor.

Lets say Hillary WINS all TX, OH, and RI by HUGE margins! Obama supporters will claim that she cheated. They'll call her a thief and call for a recount. They'll insult Hillary supporters and claim that these three states will never make up for the many red states won by Obama.

Lets say Hillary LOSES TX but wins OH and RI. Hillary supporters will SPIN the loss as no big deal, even though they KNOW that TX has been viewed as a must win for some time. They will think up even more inventive scenarios in which Clinton will SOOOOO win this thing. Obama supporters will claim that Clinton supporters are trying to "tear apart the Democratic Party". (Which for some reason makes me think of Repubs claiming that those who didn't support the war hated America ... )

If Hillary LOSES everything. Hillary supporters will point out that superdelegates are more likely to vote with their districts and since she won the majority of blue states that gives her an edge. Plus... there is NO WAY she'd lose PA (they'd claim). Obama supporters would be nasty sore winners. (Like many, not all, of them have been thus far). They will intentionally say mean things to make the Hillary supporters even more defensive and force the Hillary supporters to strike back. Similar to the kind of people who would kick a dog when it is down.

That's a run down of what will most likely take place late Tuesday night. It will be WWIII. So watch out :(

29. I Agree On The Probable WWIII
But the last time Clinton regained any significant ground (and it's been a while), you could hear the crickets chirping over the speechless Obama supporters.

So, we'll see.

You can bank on that, my friend.

And if Hillary wins, they'll whine, scream, lie, and throw tantrums.
