Kerry challenges Bush to prosecute Clarke if he lied
My challenge to the Bush administration would be, if (Clarke) is not believable and they have reason to show it, then prosecute him for perjury because he is under oath, Kerry told CBS's MarketWatch.

"They have a perfect right to do that," said Kerry.

1. great response, imho.
they can try to get some spin on this with the smear, but let them put their oft touted war chest of $$$$ into doing something other than flying the Busboy around the country.

4. I love the implied attack on Rice -
if she repeated her lies under oath, she would be liable for perjury.

6. And if you're going to declassify Clarke's then declassify Rice's
testimony and documents, as well.

8. I guess the Repugs
figured the Dems would back off and insist Clarke's testimony remain classified.

Bring it on, indeed. The Repugs are backpedaling on this now because it puts their darling girl, Condi in a tough spot. Bummer for Condi.

The replays of Frist all indignant just made them look silly. Clarke was able to knock every claim Frist made out of the park.

I probably should watch Condi tonight but all that spinning will just make me dizzy.
