4. Tweety has total access to the back stories, all of the...
...information that never makes it to the evening news, and he still voted for b*sh. Whatever he may have been earlier in his life, he is now a card-carrying neocon. What a puke.

But Brad Pitt was only six years old in 1970 (just looked it up!).

6. If Chris Matthews was a friend of Al Gore
I would hate to see how he would treat his enemies. Matthews is a despicable narcissist and I don't think he is all that smart. He is lazy when it comes to doing research. You can tell he just repeats what he hears from someone else and sometimes gets things mixed up.

I heard him compare something Clarke wrote to what Rice said, and one was talking pre 9/11 and one post 9/11 and what he said made no sense.

9. A lot of people who voted for Bush
feel quite differently about him now. So do you have any insight that is actually relevant to your subject line?

13. I suppose in the tense
You suggest you are offering some insight into how Matthews "feels." At best, we can see how he once felt when comparing Gore to Bush.

16. The Lighting on the Hardball set
is unbelievably good.

He and others look like a million dollars on that set.

Then he went out to CA to cover the Schwartzenegger race and in that light and sitting around a table, he looked like the 60-year old (plus or minus a couple of years) man he is.

17. he reminds me of Paul Revere's ride.......a little light in the belfry
and that is from the cartoon character Foghorn Leghorn, who Mathews reminds me alot of if that Philly accent Mathews had sounded southern.

pompous & foolish at the same time.

18. Good Description of Mathews
I used to watch him regularly, but I can't stomach him anymore.

He has become a characiture of himself; he loves to hear himself talk, & now it has gotten out of control. During the primaries, he had a panel of about 4 or 5 people regularly, & they never got a word in. And if they did, I couldn't hear them, because he was talking over them.

His ego has gotten out of control, & it has overcome any serious attempt at discussion of issues.

19. Ah yes, but do you remember how Clark handled him
back on December 9th? Was that not a thing of beauty? No wonder Tweety hates Wes so...

20. Matthews doesn't want to be "Left Behind."
The monsters of the BFEE destroy those who oppose them, enslave those they need, and employ those needed to advance their goals of world domination. Tweety doesn't want to be one of those in the first two categories. Thus, Matthews is the kind of man who'd do anything to save his own hide. He's already sold out his country.
