Anyone know if MSNBC carries a streaming feed of the debate?

Anyone know if MSNBC carries a streaming feed of the debate?
I know this sounds strange, but I live in northeastern NJ and will not get the debate because I do not get MSNBC. This past year I switched internet, phone and TV to Verizon Fios and discovered soon after, to my dissatisfaction, that for some unexplainable reason MSNBC signed a contract with Cablevision in the NY area that says Cablevision is to be the sole carrier of MSNBC in much of the NY area. So while southern NJ Fios customers get the channel, those in north Jersey and much of NY City, including almost all of Manhattan, do not get MSNBC.

This is one debate I really want to see.
