Lloyd Doggett (superdelegate) endorses Obama
Just broke on MSNBC. I don't recall if she said he was previously behind Clinton or if he was uncommitted. Congressman Doggett is from Texas.

15. My remarks stem from a back and forth in this thread
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x4680904#4681607

Where I guess Howard Dean and DNC members regularly call super delegates 'automatic' delegates - well, except when there are minutes being taken of the meetings or videos being taken of the speeches :eyes: (I guess it's only during secret DNC-code conversations that we ordinary people cannot be witness to....).

How far will the truth be stretched? And can we ever get it back in order by November?

19. Maybe we should vote for Angela Shelley's Mom ?

These folks just lie through their teeth and when you catch them in it they just tap-dance around until you get irritated, bored or tired. They think they've gotten away with something but what they don't know is that their garbage will catch up to them. I just hope it's sooner rather than later.

7. Glad to hear it! I believe he is from the Austin area, but the Repubs redistricted him
so as to dilute his base.

Additional reports:
Ron Kind (Wisconsin) endorsing Obama. I'm unsure whether he was for Clinton or uncommitted before.

Additionally, two big union endorsements today:
1)Teamsters
2)International Brotherhood of Boilermakers (Thanks to the replies for reminding me)*

As well, other switches from state-level NJ delegates are switching from Clinton to Obama, giving him additional delegates in the state convention: http://www.bluejersey.com/showDiary.do?diaryId=6972

I know Norcross (not personally) but definitely know him and his family, and this is shocking to me!

Simply shocking...this is a good thing for Obama..Norcross RUNS Southern NJ...and he's big in Trenton...too...

21. There is no superdelegate lead, it's malarkey.
These folks are going to go where the wind is blowing and right now it's at Obama's back.

Only pledged delegates count. SDs are not stupid and are not going to shoot themselves in their own foot (feet?)? Just because Hillary wants to go down with the ship doesn't mean the SDs will.
