Daily Presidential Tracking Poll


Wednesday, February 20, 2008

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows Barack Obama leading John McCain 46% to 42% while McCain leads Clinton 47% to 43% (see recent daily results and summary of recent state general election polls).

In the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination, Obama earns support from 47% of Likely Democratic Primary Voters while Clinton attracts 40% (see recent daily results). Following last night’s victory in Wisconsin, Rasmussen Markets data indicates the Obama has become an overwhelming favorite to win the nomination.

Nationwide, Obama is viewed favorably by 55% and unfavorably by 42%. McCain’s numbers 51% favorable, 44% unfavorable. Clinton earns positive reviews from 47% of Likely Voters nationwide and negative assessments from 51% (see recent daily results and more detail on perceptions of the candidates)

1. hopefully, this puts to bed that blip of a poll from yesterday....
anyone can plainly see that hillary has the highest negatives, and i have a feeling she hasn't even begun to hit her ceiling. Repubs, Indies, and even some Dems do not like or trust her, and that's a problem.

2. So basically that poll from yesterday was just an outlier....
